About the level of ŠKODA horizontal boring and milling machines can speak the awarding of gold medaile for the machine WD 200 on the world fair in Brussels. By these machines was achieved the completation of requirements for the accurate and efective machining, therefore were inovating step by step and produced until the year 1974 with the amount of 1200, what was by such big machines something exceptional in the world.
