History - 1920

After the establishment of Czechoslovakia in the period of production program's changes in the early 20s., was the main task of Machine tools department, realize overhauling of machine in operation, but at the same time was running the production of machines for the new production program, among which dominate steam locomotive and devices for energetics. Another extending was given by the development of automobiles production, aircraft engines, ships, electrotechnic device or machine device of breweries and sugar factories. In the year 1924 were installed the construction and production offices in only one organizational unit and was established the department - Machine tools.
