ŠKODA MACHINE TOOL a.s. is a world's leading manufacturer of heavy horizontal milling and boring machines, heavy lathes, rotating tables, special technological accessories and many other products.

ŠKODA concentrates its efforts on the development of highly sophisticated machines with NC systems providing for top level automation. A broad range of customers' particular requirements regarding machine modification can easily be accommodated. The conceptual solution of the ŠKODA machine tools makes it possible to design complete workstations for special technological purposes, e.g. for machining of large crankshaft forgings or for slot milling of turbogenerator rotors. 
All ŠKODA machines comply with the EU (CE) standards and other applicable customer specifications(UL, CSA and others). The company's most valuable property is its technical know-how. ŠKODA puts stress on a permanent technical development. The research and design continuously search for new ways how to optimize individual parts of the machines in order to keep the top level technical standard also in the future.
